When searching PubMed, make sure to use the correct link to the database.

PubMed at UT allows you to view links to full-text journal articles available through UT libraries and OhioLINK.

To see how it works, click on the link above. Run a quick search, click on "Display Settings", choose "Abstract", and click on "Apply". Your search results will be changed to the Abstract Format. Look for icons below each record of your results. Click on the icons for full-text journal articles or the library interlibrary loan service link under "Find It!" that you use to request articles not readily available online.
